Welcome to DukaCart. By using this site and placing an order, you accept the terms below. Please read them.

About the shop

DukaCart is a Kenyan online shop selling home, kitchen, beauty, health, electronics, car, tools, fitness, accessories and kids products. We deliver across Kenya on cash on delivery terms.

Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes binding once we have verified it and confirmed it with you by phone.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.
• You must give accurate and complete delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number.

Prices

• All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable tax.
• Delivery is free across Kenya, with no minimum order.
• The price shown on the product page at the moment you order is the price that applies to that order.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed.

Products and images

• We describe each item as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; small differences in shade can occur between a screen and the item in your hand.
• Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you and either offer an alternative or cancel the order at no cost to you.

Delivery and payment

• You pay the rider in cash, on delivery. Nothing is charged when the order is placed.
• You may inspect the parcel before paying. If you decide not to take it, you pay nothing.

Intellectual property

The DukaCart name, logo, page text and page design belong to DukaCart. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for delivering the item you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for misuse of a product, for use contrary to its instructions, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 of Kenya.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that governs that order.
