DukaCart delivers across Kenya through trusted courier partners, and you pay when the parcel reaches you.
Where we deliver
Countrywide — Nairobi and its estates, Mombasa and the Coast, Kisumu and Nyanza, Nakuru and the Rift Valley, Eldoret, Kakamega, Kisii, Nyeri, Meru, Embu, Machakos, Thika and the counties in between. Northern counties such as Garissa, Wajir, Mandera, Marsabit and Turkana are also served, on a longer schedule.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free anywhere in Kenya, with no minimum order. A small surcharge applies only to the most remote northern counties; it is shown at checkout before you confirm, never after.
How long it takes
- Packing: 1 working day from the moment we confirm your order by phone.
- Nairobi and major towns: 1–2 working days after that.
- Other counties: 2–5 working days.
- Remote northern counties: 3–7 working days.
Sundays and public holidays are not working days. Heavy rain and road closures can add a day; if that happens on your order we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
On the day
- The rider calls you before arriving. Please keep the phone you gave us reachable — an unreachable number is the single most common cause of a failed delivery.
- You may open and inspect the parcel before paying.
- Have the exact amount ready where possible; it makes the handover quicker for both of you.
Tracking your order
Use the order tracking page with your phone number or your order number. It shows the current stage of the order, from received through to delivered.
